Hypnotic Dream Induction:

Hypnotic Dream Induction:

"You can probably imagine, consciously, how things will go. And while your unconscious mind is doing something else that prepares you to do this you may feel a little anxious or un… sure of yourself. How can you expect that you’ll be completely comfortable the first time you do this? But one thing that might help you relax now is that your unconscious mind knows about all the other “first” times when you did far better than you expected. It knew what to do then, and it knows exactly what to do now, even though you don’t think you do. It has stored all of your memories and knows how to do things automatically, so consciously you can focus on whatever you deem important or even better, what will make this an enjoyable experience for you.  You can do this without the slightest idea that your unconscious can work independently, on it’s own… and what will be the most effective means to prepare you to use this information and make whatever changes you want to make? I don’t know and why should I know? When it is your subconscious that can do it so much better and quicker than I could in a way that best suits your personality. And  it’s this spirirt of cooperation that can free up your conscious mind to wander………. Where ever it wants……. Nowhere in particular…… know where you’ve been, know where you are, know where you’re going…. Where as your unconscious mind can float, as mind and not as a body and get to the heart of the matter at hand, finding the center, the core. The middle of nowhere… and you do know where, just floating… nowhere you’ve been, nowhere you are, nowhere you’re going, in the middle of no where, it’s a lot like sleeping… And when you’re asleep , you’re asleep. Nowhere in particular, just sleep. And the wonderful thing about sleep is that, as you’re sleeping, your body rests and it can heal, because it knows how to heal naturally while you sleep so as to allow your body to regenerate and rejuvenate. And while you’re sleeping, you can dream; you dream, I dream, everybody dreams. And in a dream you don’t have to know you’re in a dream when you are. Nowhere in particular in a dream is the best place to be in a dream… And the wonderful thing about dreams is that they can have lasting, profound, and beneficial effects which can stay with you for the rest of your life. And sometimes you don’t even know that you are dreaming when you’re dreaming. Because when you are dreaming you can transfer any external sounds or stimuli into your dream world. Any sound, any touch is easily translated into your dream. Now we don’t know what kind of dreams you will have, but one thing that is really fantastic about dreaming is that all that happens while you’re dreaming is thought. You’re your thoughts and everything and everyone else is your thought and you know how natural thought is, it’s easy to think without even thinking about it. It’s easy to think about whatever you want, they’re just thoughts, your thoughts. You can make thoughts of whatever you want. At the level of thought there is no time, no place, but now. You are free to do whatever you can think that supports your well-being and those around you. So, I don’t know how you’d like to dream or even how you used to dream, but I would like you to just go ahead and start dreaming if you haven’t already, but I think there should be a change. I’d like you to have the same dream you’ve been having, but this time with different characters so you can experience things from a different point of view and solidify that outcome on a even greater scale. Keeping dreaming and dreaming again and again, have another dream, but this time with a different plot, so you can appreciate how well you can adapt to unexpected and different things that can happen in different way and enjoy changing with life. Since everything is a thought, it’s easy to think you can have more dreams than you’ve dreamed just now. Later on while you sleep, anything is possible at the level of thought, it’s easy to think, and everything that has ever been created in your world began with a thought… and all of this can happen inside a dream. You’ll have several dreams each night, whether you know it or not. You can dream each night to consolidate your learning’s and to creatively find solutions. You can generate and practice new ways of thinking, way of being the person you always wanted to be and becoming it. Because just as while you’re dreaming, your dreams will become a “trance-lator” for any external sounds or stimuli which are incorporated into your dream world. You can awaken and translate what has occurred in your dream world to your external world in ways which support you and others. While you’re dreaming, your unconscious mind continues to make all those chemical changes you need to make so you feel refreshed and alert because that’s really what sleeping is for, to allow you body to relax and experience deep rest, nowhere in particular, naturally. And I don’t know how soon you’ll begin to wander once again in the middle of you nowhere, that’s right. Nowhere in particular, nowhere you’ve been, until you are ready, nowhere you are, nowhere you’re going, that is all that really matters.

So as your unconscious mind begins to solidify and crystallize those changes that it’s made, your conscious mind might actually begin to enjoy clearly listening in a way it hadn’t before. And I don’t know how much thought you’ve given to future times, future changes that will be a direct result of what it is that you’ve just done. That may very well be a matter for your unconscious mind to know and for you to find out. Because what is most important is your own appreciation for how well your unconscious and conscious mind cooperate and can work together in ways which make you a one-of-a-kind person who is increasingly more conscious of yourself and those around you."
